These Terms & Conditions apply when you access or use AI Cowboy. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in line with these terms.

AI Cowboy offers a free AI Maturity Report, an AI-risk assessment, related educational content, and the optional paid AI Risk Reset consulting service. The free tools are intended to help start informed conversations about AI use, risk, literacy, and governance.

Assessment results and generated reports are based on the information submitted and automated analysis. They are informational and advisory only. They are not legal advice, a security audit, regulatory certification, a compliance determination, or a guarantee of any outcome.

You remain responsible for decisions you make using the site. Seek appropriate professional advice before relying on an output for legal, regulatory, security, employment, procurement, or operational decisions.

The AI-risk assessment does not ask for your name or email address, but submitted answers and results are stored. Do not include confidential, personal, client, customer, regulated, or other sensitive information in assessment responses or free-text answers.

An optional shared company code is stored with an AI-risk response and used to count submissions toward the 10-response threshold. A separate company-report request can include that code with the name, work email, and company details you submit there.

AI Risk Reset is an optional paid, two-hour consulting session. Any scope, timing, deliverables, or follow-up work is subject to the information presented at purchase and any further agreement made for that engagement.

Payments are handled through a platform-hosted checkout. AI Cowboy does not collect or store your full payment-card details on this site. Your purchase may also be subject to the checkout provider's terms and notices.

You may not misuse the site or attempt to interfere with its operation, access data you are not authorised to access, submit unlawful or harmful content, circumvent usage controls, or use the site to infringe another person's rights.

The AI Cowboy name, branding, site content, assessment structure, reports, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. We grant you a limited, personal or internal-business right to use the outputs for their intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create competing materials from them without permission.

We aim to keep AI Cowboy useful and available, but the site and its outputs are provided on an as-available and as-is basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AI Cowboy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the site or its outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms when the site or service changes. The current version will be posted on this page with its last-updated date.
