This notice explains how AI Cowboy processes information submitted through this website. It covers the free AI Maturity Report, AI-risk assessment, contact form, optional AI Risk Reset checkout, and site analytics where enabled.

This notice reflects the site's current functionality. It does not promise a particular legal or regulatory status, and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before being relied on for organisational compliance purposes.

The AI-risk assessment does not ask for your name or email address. Submitted selected answers, calculated scores, persona, optional company code, and submission time are stored. A supplied company code is saved with the response and used to count submissions toward the 10-response threshold. The company-code check returns a count and threshold status, not answer-level responses. A separate company-report request collects a name, work email, and company, and can include the same company code.

The AI Maturity Report processes 20 written answers and the report generated from them. Its draft is stored in local storage on your device and is removed after successful submission; submitted answers and report data are stored. Anyone with the report link can view the report without signing in. The maturity assessment does not ask for your name or email address.

• Do not put confidential, personal, client, customer, regulated, or other sensitive information into an assessment or report answer.
• A company code is optional. If you use one, it groups your response for counting; it is not an account or identity check. A company-report request can associate the same code with the contact details you provide there.

If you contact us through the site, we process the name, work email, message, company, and company-size information you choose to provide. We use it to respond to your inquiry and follow up on the services you asked about.

Contact-form submissions are sent through the platform's secure notification flow to the AI Cowboy business inbox. Please only share information you are authorised to provide.

AI Risk Reset uses a platform-hosted checkout. The checkout and payment provider processes payment information; AI Cowboy does not collect or store full payment-card details on this site.

Where the platform makes it available to us, we may process limited checkout or order information needed to confirm, administer, and coordinate AI Risk Reset, such as the selected service, payment or order status, a reference, and contact details provided during checkout.

Our hosting and security systems may process standard technical information generated when you use the site, such as device, browser, network, request, and IP-related information.

When configured, this site uses PostHog for product analytics and may use cookies or browser storage. Risk-assessment events include a start, completion with the overall score, result persona, and company-code entry; PostHog autocapture is also enabled. If analytics is not configured, the site does not initialise PostHog.

We use the information described here to operate the free assessments and reports, respond to contacts, administer purchased consulting, maintain site security and availability, understand site use where analytics is enabled, and improve AI Cowboy.

We aim to collect only what is needed for the purposes above and retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, operations, security, dispute handling, or applicable obligations. We do not publish fixed retention periods in this notice because they depend on the type of information and context.

We may share information with service providers that help host and secure the site, operate report-generation functionality, provide configured analytics, send contact notifications, or process hosted checkout and payments. We may also disclose information where required to protect rights, safety, or legal obligations. We do not use site forms to sell personal information.

You can avoid submitting information, clear a locally stored report draft through your browser, and manage cookies or browser storage through your browser controls. Some features may not work without the necessary storage or technical processing.

To ask about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy request concerning information you submitted to AI Cowboy, contact team@ai-cowboy.madethis.app. We will review requests in light of the information available to us and applicable requirements.
